Job Overview:

Here's your chance to step into the role of Team Leader Park Services at Dubai Parks and Resorts under Dubai Holding Entertainment. In this position, you'll take on key responsibilities that include:

Key Responsibilities

• Supervise daily cleaning activities across the park including restrooms, common areas, and high-traffic zones.
• Assign tasks to in-house and third-party cleaning staff, ensuring coverage and quality.
• Monitor and ensure compliance with health, safety, and hygiene standards.
• Inspect Park facilities and respond to urgent cleanliness needs promptly.
• Report maintenance issues and coordinate with facilities for repairs.
• Ensure appropriate stock and use of cleaning materials and PPE.
• Train and coach cleaning staff on park standards and guest service.
• Support during peak hours, events, and seasonal operations.
• Any other duties may be reasonably requested by the Management Team

About you:

The preferred candidate for this role should possess the following experience and credentials:

• High School Certificate or Diploma.
• 2–3 years of experience in cleaning, housekeeping, or facility management.
• Working knowledge of cleaning equipment and chemicals
• Basic leadership and scheduling skills
• Health and safety awareness (preferably with basic HSE training)
• Good communication and coordination skills
