What you'll do:

• Manage and support delivery associates by planning schedules, monitoring performance, and addressing issues promptly.
• Ensure daily rider login levels meet projected demand at the hub.
• Monitor logistics quality and work with the order management team to reduce delivery delays and improve on-time performance.
• Oversee fleet day-to-day operations to ensure a seamless customer experience.
• Identify opportunities to improve operational efficiency through better planning, issue resolution, and data analysis.
• Monitor rider performance to identify potential low performers; provide coaching, mentoring, and support to help them improve.
• Reduce rider-driven cancellations and denials by tracking trends and implementing necessary changes.
• Track and enforce standards of fleet hygiene and quality to deliver best best-in-class customer experience.
• Foster positive relationships with delivery associates to boost morale, productivity, and retention.
• Measuring and reporting the effectiveness of the department's activities. Measure, track and monitor all assigned KPI
• Analysing information and evaluating results to choose the best solution and solve problems
• Establishing and Maintaining Interpersonal Relationships - Developing constructive and cooperative working relationships with all stakeholders.
• Working on adhoc reports on a daily basis and reporting.

What you’ll need:

• Education: Bachelor’s degree in Operations or Management
• Required experience: 3 to 5 years related experience in Logistics & inventory Management.
• Languages: Arabic & English
• Local knowledge of transportation system
• Managing truckloads, line haul updates, and small parcel carriers.
• Working knowledge of MS Office and sound knowledge of Excel
