What you'll do:

  • Manage the assigned fleet across your cluster (2-3 DS) effectively, meeting the target KPIs
  • Oversee Fleet Managers in the daily operations of their respective fleet
  • Ensure adherence to SOPs
  • Support in manpower allocation across stores
  • Address issues and support the team in achieving their best performance - be a mentor
  • Crunch numbers and derive insights and recommendations to improve operations
  • Ensure timely and clear communication with all stakeholders

What you'll need:

  • Minimum 2 years of experience in Logistics managing a team
  • Good analytical skills with proficiency in Excel/Google Sheets
  • Good communication and coordination skills
  • Ability to roll up your sleeves and get your hands dirty
  • Capable of working in highly ambiguous situations comfortably
  • Understanding Logistics metrics and stakeholder management
  • Ability to accommodate flexibility in the work schedule
