Qualifications

• Minimum 2 years of experience in logistics managing a team.
• Good analytical skills with proficiency in Excel/Google Sheets.
• Good communication and coordination skills.
• Ability to roll up your sleeves and get your hands dirty.
• Capable of working in highly ambiguous situations comfortably.
• Understanding of logistics metrics and stakeholder management.
• Ability to accommodate flexibility in the work schedule.

Responsibilities

• Manage the assigned fleet across your cluster (2-3 Delivery Stations) effectively, meeting the target KPIs.
• Oversee Fleet Managers in the daily operations of their respective fleet.
• Ensure adherence to Standard Operating Procedures (SOPs).
• Support in manpower allocation across stores.
• Address issues and support the team in achieving their best performance - be a mentor.
• Crunch numbers and derive insights and recommendations to improve operations.
• Ensure timely and clear communication with all stakeholders.
