About the Job:

An opportunity has arisen for a Team Leader to join the Kids Club team in Jumeirah Al Qasr. The main duties and responsibilities of this role:

• Lead daily operations of the Kids Club, ensuring smooth delivery of age-appropriate activities and active staff supervision.
• Supervise reception duties, ensuring accurate guest registration, security checks, and parent communication.
• Train and guide attendants on SOPs, activity planning, child behavior management, and hygiene standards.
• Coordinate and support special events, themed activities, and babysitting services when required.
• Monitor enforcement of club rules and ensure a clean, safe, and respectful environment at all times.
• Report incidents, feedback, and operational needs to the Manager while supporting administrative responsibilities.

About You:

The ideal candidate for this position will have the following experience and qualifications:

• Experience in the same role with a luxury 5-star property; childcare experience and sports background.
• Proficient in English and a second language (Russian or European languages are desirable).
• Strong knowledge of Microsoft Office products.
• Experience working in a multi-cultural environment.
