About the Job: We are seeking a Team Leader to join the Kids Club team at Jumeirah Al Qasr. The key responsibilities include:

1. Leading daily operations of the Kids Club, ensuring smooth activities and staff supervision.
2. Supervising reception duties, guest registration, security, and parent communication.
3. Training staff on SOPs, activity planning, child behavior, and hygiene standards.
4. Supporting special events, themed activities, and babysitting services.
5. Enforcing club rules and maintaining a safe, clean, and respectful environment.
6. Reporting incidents and operational needs to the Manager, and supporting administrative tasks.

About You: The ideal candidate will have:

1. Experience in a similar role at a luxury 5-star property; childcare and sports background preferred.
2. Proficiency in English and a second language (Russian or European languages desirable).
3. Strong knowledge of Microsoft Office.
4. Experience in a multicultural environment.
