About The Job

An opportunity has arisen for a Team Leader to join our Front office Team at Jumeirah Marsa Al Arab.

The main duties and responsibilities of this role

Ensure that all check-in details are accurately entered into the computer.

Ensure that arriving guests arrive in accordance with Company Policy and Procedure.

Ensure that rooms are sold at the best possible rate, thus maximizing hotel revenue.

Maximum room occupancy and revenue is to be always achieved.

Endeavour to maintain high standards of the hotel regarding the importance of VIPs.

Ensure account instructions concerning discounts or special rates are always compiled with and recorded correctly on the appropriate worksheets.

Ensure that all check-in messages are given to the guest on arrival.

About You The ideal candidate for this position will have the following experience and qualifications

Ability to work cohesively with co-workers both within and outside of your department.

Ability to prioritize, organize and follow up.

Knowledge of Opera version 5 and / or Opera Cloud (Level of expertise – Basic)

Excellent technical and communication skills, both in person and by telephone.
