About the Job:

An exciting opportunity has arisen for a Team Leader to join the Front Office team at Jumeirah Al Qasr. The main duties and responsibilities include:

  1. Supervising daily operations and ensuring smooth coordination across departments.
  2. Conducting pre-shift briefings and aligning the team with updated directives and procedures.
  3. Preparing reports, maintaining records, and conducting quality checks or audits.
  4. Handling guest inquiries and complaints professionally, escalating issues when necessary.
  5. Ensuring high service standards and compliance with Jumeirah policies and procedures.
  6. Leading by example with integrity, ensuring staff deliver courteous, efficient, and discreet service.
About You:

The ideal candidate will have:

  • One or two years of experience in a similar role at a luxury 5-star property; UAE experience is a plus.
  • Proficiency in English and a second language (Russian or European languages preferred).
  • Strong knowledge of Microsoft Office and Opera (Cloud).
  • Experience working in a multicultural environment.
  • Confidence in handling complaints of varying severity.
