Job summary

Ultiwise Consult in Dubai is seeking a Team Lead Finance/Assistant Finance Manager to supervise finance operations across multiple group entities, ensure accurate reporting and statutory compliance, and support the Finance Manager.

You will lead a 3–4 person team, manage monthly closes, MIS reporting, budgeting and variance analysis, and coordinate with auditors, banks, and tax authorities to maintain strong financial governance.

Qualifications

• Masters or bachelor's degree in Finance, Accounting, Commerce or related field.
• Minimum 4 years of relevant finance experience within the UAE.
• Proven experience handling multi-entity or group company finance operations.
• Proficient in supervising a team of 3–4 executives.

Responsibilities

• Oversee end-to-end finance operations for multiple group companies and business verticals.
• Supervise review and guide the work of finance executives to ensure accuracy and compliance.
• Ensure timely monthly, quarterly, annual closing of accounts across all entities.
• Prepare and review MIS, financial statements and management reports.

POSITION: TEAM LEADER FINANCE/ASSISTANT FINANCE MANAGER

Location

ROLE SUMMARY

The Team Lead Finance will be responsible for overseeing and coordinating finance operations across multiple business verticals. This role supports the Finance Manager by ensuring accurate financial reporting statutory compliance effective team supervision and strong internal financial controls across all group entities.

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES

• Oversee end-to-end finance operations for multiple group companies and business verticals.
• Supervise review and guide the work of finance executives to ensure accuracy and compliance.
• Ensure timely monthly quarter annual and annual closing of accounts across all entities.
• Prepare and review MIS financial statements and management reports.
• Ensure compliance with UAE VAT regulations statutory requirements and internal policies.
• Coordinate with external auditors banks tax consultants and regulatory authorities.
• Monitor accounts payable accounts receivable cash flow and working capital.
• Support budgeting forecasting and variance analysis activities.
• Drive process improvements and strengthen internal controls across finance operations.

QUALIFICATIONS & EXPERIENCE

• Masters/Bachelors degree in Finance Accounting Commerce or related field.

• Proven experience handling multi-entity or group company finance operations.
• Proficient in handling and supervising a team of min 3 to 4 executives.

SKILLS & COMPETENCIES

• Excellent communication skills in English (written and verbal).
• Sound knowledge of UAE VAT financial regulations and compliance standards.

COMPENSATION & BENEFITS

Salary Range: AED 8000 AED 10000 per month plus company
