Soft Services (Facilities Management)
Location: Abu Dhabi, UAE
Availability: Immediate joiners will be given priority

The ideal candidate will have strong leadership skills and a proven track record in managing soft services such as housekeeping, cleaning, and support staff operations.


Key Responsibilities:
  1. Lead and supervise soft services teams including cleaning, housekeeping, and support staff.
  2. Ensure high-quality service delivery in accordance with client expectations and company standards.
  3. Prepare and maintain schedules, duty rosters, and daily task assignments.
  4. Conduct regular inspections and audits to ensure hygiene, cleanliness, and operational efficiency.
  5. Train, motivate, and guide team members to ensure optimal performance.
  6. Coordinate with clients and internal departments to handle requests, feedback, and improvements.
  7. Ensure adherence to health and safety standards and company policies.

Requirements:

  1. Minimum 3-5 years of experience in soft services/facilities management, with at least 1 year in a supervisory or team leader role.
  2. Strong knowledge of soft service operations, cleaning protocols, and quality standards.
  3. Good communication skills in English and Arabic are desired.
  4. Ability to manage a multicultural team efficiently.
  5. Flexibility to work in shifts if required.
  6. Candidates currently available in the UAE and ready for immediate joining will be prioritized.
