Team Leader (X2) - F&F - Khalidiyah Mall Abu Dhabi, UAE

F&F was launched in the UK in 2001 and is now one of the largest clothing brands, trading in 12 countries with over 3,500 locations and an annual turnover of 1.6 billion GBP. F&F has partnered with the Al-Futtaim Group with plans to open stores across the GCC. F&F offers clothing, underwear, footwear, and accessories for women, men, and children, aiming to be the world's leading affordable fashion brand.

We are looking for 2x Team Leaders for our new store opening in Al Khalidiyah Mall Abu Dhabi. Responsibilities include:

  1. Implementing and maintaining the F&F brand image within the store, ensuring visual consistency.
  2. Providing customers with an inspirational shopping experience.
  3. Maintaining effective communication with store colleagues and the RVM / Manager VM.
  4. Implementing all company Visual Merchandising policies accurately.
  5. Creating easy-to-shop store layouts.
  6. Using appropriate product handling techniques on different types of equipment.
  7. Styling mannequins in line with styling policies.
  8. Applying styling techniques and visual elements to aid customer segmentation.
  9. Executing window display guidelines on time and on brand.
  10. Launching seasonal campaigns and events as scheduled.

Additional responsibilities include:

  1. Ensuring a pleasant shopping environment for customers.
  2. Setting, monitoring, and reviewing sales targets for the department.
  3. Managing and developing staff to achieve departmental and personal goals.
  4. Ensuring compliance with health, safety, and company policies.
  5. Conducting competitor surveys and analyzing market trends.
  6. Controlling costs to maximize profitability.
  7. Planning and executing product launches to optimize store space.
