Job Responsibilities
- Lead a Direct sales unit of up to 12 direct sales staff.
- Drive the overall productivity of the team as per the assigned monthly and yearly targets.
- Hiring, training, providing coaching, and assisting team members.
- Monitors and reviews monthly performance, ensures quality service, and handles customer complaints and escalations.
- Responsible for overall profitability of the channel.
- Ensuring compliance with applicable policies of our partner banks.
Requirements
Experience: Minimum 2-3 years in a leadership role in banking.
Educational Qualification: Graduate.
Skills & Abilities
- Knowledge of banking products mandatory.
- Good Team Management, Communication, Relationship, and Leadership skills.
- Strong analytical skills.
