• Lead a Direct sales unit of up to 12 direct sales staff.
• Drive the overall productivity of the team as per the assigned monthly and yearly targets.
• Hiring, training, providing coaching, and assisting team members.
• Monitor and review monthly performance, ensure quality service, and handle customer complaints and escalations.
• Responsible for the overall profitability of the channel.
• Ensure compliance with applicable policies of our partner banks.

Requirements:

Experience (Yrs. & Field): Minimum 2-3 years in a leadership role in banking.

Educational Qualification: Graduate.
