Apt Resources is seeking a Team Leader – Dairy Cattle Feeding Operations to oversee daily feeding activities and ensure optimal herd nutrition in Abu Dhabi, UAE. You will lead a team in implementing feeding programs and maintaining high standards of animal care and farm productivity for our VIP client.

Responsibilities include supervising feeding operations, coordinating with veterinarians and nutritionists, monitoring feed quality, and maintaining records.

Qualifications

• 3–5 years of experience in dairy farming.
• Previous supervisory or team leader experience is preferred.
• Strong knowledge of dairy cattle nutrition and feeding equipment.

• Supervise daily feeding operations for dairy cattle.
• Prepare, mix, and distribute feed according to programs and requirements.
• Monitor feed quality, inventory and storage to minimize waste.
• Lead, train and motivate the feeding team.
• Ensure feeding schedules are followed accurately.
• Monitor cattle health and body condition and report concerns.
• Coordinate with veterinarians, nutritionists and other farm departments.
• Maintain cleanliness and safety of feeding equipment and storage areas.
• Ensure compliance with farm biosecurity and welfare standards.
• Keep accurate records of feed usage and daily operations.

Apt Resources is seeking a Team Leader – Dairy Cattle Feeding Operations to oversee daily feeding activities, ensure optimal herd nutrition, and lead a team in maintaining the highest standards of animal care and farm productivity of our VIP client in Abu Dhabi, UAE.

Key Responsibilities

• Supervise and coordinate the daily feeding operations for dairy cattle.
• Ensure feed is prepared, mixed, and distributed according to established feeding programs and nutritional requirements.
• Monitor feed quality, inventory, and storage to minimize waste and maintain freshness.
• Lead, train, and motivate the feeding team to achieve operational excellence.
• Ensure feeding schedules are followed accurately and consistently.
• Monitor cattle health, feeding behavior, and body condition, reporting any concerns to farm management.
• Coordinate with veterinarians, nutritionists, and other farm departments to support herd performance.
• Maintain cleanliness and safety of feeding equipment, feed storage areas, and workstations.
• Ensure compliance with farm biosecurity, animal welfare, and workplace health and safety standards.
• Keep accurate records of feed usage, inventory, and daily operations.

• Minimum 3–5 years of experience in dairy farming, with hands‑on experience in dairy cattle feeding operations.
• Previous experience in a supervisory or team leader role is highly preferred.
• Strong knowledge of dairy cattle nutrition, feed management, and feeding equipment.
• Ability to lead and manage a multicultural workforce.
• Good organizational, communication, and problem‑solving skills.
• Physically fit and willing to work in a farm environment.
• Commitment to maintaining high standards of animal welfare and operational efficiency.

Salary: AED 3,500 plus accommodation, and other benefits as per UAE labor law.
