Black Pearl Consult is seeking an experienced Microsoft Power Platform & Copilot Studio Team Leader/Architect to guide design, development, and implementation of innovative business solutions leveraging the Power Platform and Copilot Studio. The role requires deep technical expertise, strong leadership, and a strategic mindset to drive digital transformation across the organization.

Qualifications

• We require proven experience as a Power Platform architect, developer or team lead.
• Expertise across Power Apps, Power Automate, Copilot Studio, Power BI and Power Virtual Agents.
• Hands-on AI/ML integrations with cloud architectures and governance.

Responsibilities

• Lead design, development and deployment of enterprise solutions using Power Platform and Copilot Studio.
• Provide technical guidance, mentorship and coaching to the team.
• Ensure governance, security and data privacy across Microsoft 365/Azure environments.
• Communicate status, risks and technical concepts to non-technical stakeholders.
