1. Sales Leadership & Business Development

  1. Lead and manage a team of hunters focused on acquiring new telecom clients.
  2. Develop and implement sales strategies to achieve revenue and customer acquisition targets.
  3. Identify potential business opportunities, generate leads, and oversee deal closures.
  4. Build and maintain relationships with key decision-makers and stakeholders in target companies.

2. Team Management & Performance Optimization

  1. Set clear sales targets and provide ongoing coaching, training, and motivation to the team.
  2. Monitor team performance using KPIs and take proactive measures to improve outcomes.
  3. Conduct regular sales meetings to review pipeline, challenges, and success strategies.
  4. Foster a high-performance culture with a focus on continuous improvement and achievement.
  5. Ensure proper use of CRM tools for lead tracking and sales forecasting.
  6. Analyze sales data and provide insights to optimize sales strategies and team performance.
  7. Collaborate with internal teams (marketing, product, finance) to align sales efforts with business goals.
  8. Stay updated on telecom industry trends, competitor activities, and market demands.
  9. Provide feedback to management on market dynamics, pricing, and service improvements.

Requirements
