Job Title: Team Leader – Wealth Management (KSA Market)

Role Summary:

We are seeking an experienced Vice President to lead the KSA Wealth Management segment, with responsibility for growing and managing relationships with HNW and UHNW clients from the Kingdom of Saudi Arabia. Based in Dubai and reporting to the Director overseeing GCC markets, this role is central to expanding our bank’s penetration in the KSA private banking landscape through bespoke advisory, rigorous compliance, and team leadership.

Key Responsibilities:

• Lead a team of Relationship Managers dedicated to KSA clients.
• Drive client acquisition, AUM growth, and wallet share across HNW/UHNW segments.
• Maintain a strong understanding of KSA-specific client expectations, market behaviors, and regulatory frameworks.
• Coordinate closely with the GCC Wealth Head to align country-level initiatives with regional goals.
• Act as a senior point of contact for strategic KSA clients, delivering full-spectrum wealth solutions.
• Ensure all team activities adhere to internal risk and compliance standards, including cross-border marketing regulations.

Candidate Profile:

• Currently a VP at a major international bank with direct exposure to KSA private clients.
• Deep understanding of Saudi client culture, family office structures, and regulatory sensitivity.
• Arabic fluency highly advantageous.
• Strong client advisory skills with prior people management experience preferred.
• Minimum 10 years of experience in Wealth Management or Private Banking.
