About the role

As a Team Leader at Maison Devoille, you will provide hands-on support and assistance to colleagues to ensure that the highest level of service and courtesy are provided to our guests. The Team Leader will greet all guests as they are being seated, creating a professional and friendly rapport to ensure a positive first impression and exceptional standard of service. You will be familiar with the complete food and beverage menu, knowledgeable on all promotional activities, and provide specialist advice to guests and colleagues on menu items when required. A key responsibility of this role is to closely monitor the consistency of food and beverage items served, ensuring overall service quality, and escalating any major problems or complaints to management.

About you

The ideal candidate must have a passion for hospitality with a minimum of 2 years experience in a similar role within a lounge environment. The successful candidate should possess excellent communication skills, be a team player, capable of managing multiple tasks, and confident in dealing with a diverse clientele.
