Job Summary & Purpose

Achievement of Sales Target of the Store and maintaining the service standards of SDG.

Key Performance Areas (KPAs) & Principal Accountabilities

1. Achievement of individual sales, Invoice, EW, Accessories/ Productivity targets.
2. Providing Solutions to Customers Queries/Requirements.
3. Thorough knowledge of products in his department.
4. My Area My Responsibility (MAMR).
5. Maintain the display logic, planogram & placards.
6. Perpetual Inventory Count.
7. Cleanliness of area of responsibility.
8. Managing brand promoters under his assigned team/ department.

Requirements

Experience (Yrs & Field): Minimum 2 years of experience in Retail Sales.

Educational Qualification: Graduation or Diploma or an equivalent qualification.

Skills & Abilities: Customer Focus, Result Orientation, Team Work, Communication. Arabic knowledge is an advantage.
