Job Summary
We are seeking a highly motivated and results-driven Team Leader – Hunting Business to drive new customer acquisition in the telecom sector. The ideal candidate will lead a team of sales professionals focused on identifying, engaging, and closing new business opportunities, ensuring revenue growth and market expansion.
Key Responsibilities
- Sales Leadership & Business Development
Ø Lead and manage a team of hunters focused on acquiring new telecom clients.
Ø Develop and implement sales strategies to achieve revenue and customer acquisition targets.
Ø Identify potential business opportunities, generate leads, and oversee deal closures.
Ø Build and maintain relationships with key decision-makers and stakeholders in target companies.
- Team Management & Performance Optimization
Ø Set clear sales targets and provide ongoing coaching, training, and motivation to the team.
Ø Monitor team performance using KPIs and take proactive measures to improve outcomes.
Ø Conduct regular sales meetings to review pipeline, challenges, and success strategies.
Ø Foster a high-performance culture with a focus on continuous improvement and achievement.
- Sales Operations & Reporting
Ø Ensure proper use of CRM tools for lead tracking and sales forecasting.
Ø Analyze sales data and provide insights to optimize sales strategies and team performance.
Ø Collaborate with internal teams (marketing, product, finance) to align sales efforts with business goals.
- Market Intelligence & Strategic Growth
Ø Stay updated on telecom industry trends, competitor activities, and market demands.
Ø Provide feedback to management on market dynamics, pricing, and service improvements.
Ø Identify potential strategic partnerships and new revenue streams.
Requirements
Key Requirements:
Experience & Skills
Ø Bachelor’s degree in Business, Sales, Marketing, or a related field.
Ø 5+ years of experience in B2B sales or business development in the telecom sector.
Ø Proven track record in hunting sales, acquiring new customers, and exceeding targets.
Ø Strong leadership skills with experience in managing and mentoring sales teams.
Ø Expertise in using CRM systems and sales automation tools.
Ø Excellent communication, negotiation, and stakeholder management abilities.
Location - ABU DHABI
Preferred Qualifications
Experience in selling telecom solutions, enterprise connectivity, or ICT services.
Strong network within the telecom, IT, and enterprise sectors.
