Role Overview

The Team Leader’s main responsibility is to oversee influencer arrivals at venues and coordinate seamlessly between clients, Virtual Assistant Managers, and Accounts Managers. The ideal candidate will be highly organized, possess strong leadership skills, and have a background in event coordination or influencer management.

Responsibilities
  • Oversee the influencers arrivals to venue and ensure that all activities align with client expectations and project timelines.
  • Serve as the primary liaison between influencers, clients, and internal teams, including Virtual Assistants and Account Managers.
  • Manage scheduling and onsite coordination during events or campaigns.
  • Address and resolve any issues that may arise before, during, or after influencer engagements.
  • Develop and maintain strong relationships with influencers and clients to facilitate smooth project execution and future collaborations.
  • Ensure compliance with all contractual and regulatory requirements during influencer engagements.
  • Lead, motivate, and support a team to advance the department’s goals and contribute to company-wide objectives.
  • Analyze performance data to identify opportunities for improvement and implement strategies to increase efficiency and effectiveness.
  • Participate in strategic planning with senior management to improve operational processes.
Skills & Experience
  • Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Communications, Business Administration, or a related field.
  • Experience in event management, influencer coordination, or a similar role.
  • Strong leadership skills with experience managing teams.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with an ability to engage effectively with various stakeholders.
