Job Description
Job Summary:
We are looking for a dynamic and experienced Sales Manager to lead our real estate sales team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for managing agents, developing sales strategies, driving revenue growth, and ensuring high levels of client satisfaction. This role combines leadership, strategic planning, and hands-on involvement in real estate transactions.
Key Responsibilities:
· Lead, mentor and support a team of real estate agents to achieve sales targets
· Develop and execute sales strategies to grow property listings and close deals.
· Set individual and team performance goals; monitor KPIs and provide regular feedback.
· Recruit, train and onboard new agents to strengthen the sales force.
· Oversee property listings, marketing efforts, client presentations, and negotiations.
· Ensure agents comply with real estate laws, regulations, and ethical standards.
· Maintain strong client relationships and handle high-value transactions as needed.
· Monitor local market trends and competitor activity to adjust strategies.
· Prepare regular performance reports ad present insights to management.
Requirements:
Holder of UAE Driving license + CAR
Visa: Own Visa
· Proven experience as a sales manager; minimum of 3 years in Real Estate.
· Strong leadership, motivational, and interpersonal skills.
· In-depth knowledge of local real estate markets, trends and laws.
· Exceptional negotiation, organizational, and communication skills.
· Bachelor’s degree in Business, Real Estate or a related field (preferred)
