Job summary

QuantumGate is seeking an experienced Technical Team Lead to guide the architecture, development, deployment, and evolution of our cryptographic discovery platform. This role is hands-on, combining software architecture, cloud-native engineering, cybersecurity, applied cryptography, and engineering management.

You will lead a multidisciplinary team delivering enterprise-grade solutions that discover cryptographic assets, analyse security data, assess risk, support remediation planning, and

Qualifications

• 8+ years of professional software/architecture experience.
• 3+ years of leadership or technical management of software teams.
• Experience delivering complex enterprise software from architecture to production.
• Strong knowledge of applied cryptography, PKI, TLS, and cloud security.
• Experience designing scalable distributed systems and APIs.

Responsibilities

• Own end-to-end technical architecture of the platform.
• Define architectural roadmap aligned with product strategy and security objectives.
• Lead and mentor a multidisciplinary engineering team.
• Drive secure SDLC, CI/CD, and release management practices.
• Collaborate with product, security, and customers to translate requirements into technical plans.
