Description

This is a full-time on-site role for a Team Lead - IT at IDYB located in Dubai, United Arab Emirates.

The Team Lead - IT will be responsible for;

• managing technical support troubleshooting issues, leading a team, and overseeing information technology operations.

Qualifications

• 7 – 10 years of professional experience in Hardware and Software
• Should have Insurance Industry work experience; either with a TPA or with an Insurance company in UAE.
• Hands on practical experience in Hardware Infrastructure, Networking, Security and Software is a must.
• Should have knowledge and experience in Implementation of Insurance Management Solution, Server Management, Network Administration, and Firewall Management.
• Should be able to provide first level of support to the user community, troubleshoot, and resolve technical issues. Must have excellent communication skills, interpersonal skills and provide best customer service to the user community.
