Job summary

Mammoet, a global leader in heavy lifting and transport, seeks a Team Lead Engineering in Dubai. You will lead a team of engineers, oversee deliverables, and ensure safe, high‑quality solutions for complex projects.

You’ll coordinate resources across projects, review calculations and lift plans, mentor engineers, and collaborate with Operations, Sales and Project Management to achieve operational excellence.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in mechanical or civil engineering.
• 8–12 years of relevant engineering experience in heavy lifting, construction, offshore, oil & gas, mining or related industries.
• Experience leading or supervising engineering teams.
• Strong knowledge of engineering calculations, risk assessments and international standards.
• Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills.
• Fluent English, both written and spoken.

As Team Lead Engineering, you will lead a team of engineers while overseeing the delivery of high-quality engineering solutions that support project success and operational excellence.

What You’ll Be Doing

• Lead, coach and develop a team of engineers.

What You’ll Need

• Professional level experience in engineering operation practices and systems, HLT equipment, internal codes and standards\
• Bachelor's degree in Mechanical Engineering, Civil Engineering or equivalent.
• 8-12 years of relevant engineering experience, preferably within heavy lifting, construction, offshore, oil & gas, mining or related industries.
• Previous experience leading or supervising engineering teams.
• Strong knowledge of engineering calculations, risk assessments and international engineering standards.
• Excellent communication, stakeholder management and people leadership skills.
• Fluent English, both written and spoken
