Key Responsibilities:

• Lead the technical direction of card processing development, ensuring high-quality standards are met (70% technical tasks).
• Act as the primary point of communication with internal and external stakeholders, including Visa and MasterCard, facilitating effective discussions and solutions.
• Implement and maintain processes to guarantee stability and reliability of card processing operations.

Qualifications:

• 7+ years of experience in software engineering.
• 1+ years of experience in managing a team.
• Experience developing scalable FinTech B2C applications.
• Knowledge of Golang, PostgreSQL, Redis, Kubernetes, Google Cloud Platform, GitLab, Microservices.
• Proven leadership or managerial experience, with the ability to inspire and guide a team.
• Experience integrating third-party APIs and contributing to product development.
• Passion for writing clean, testable, and maintainable code.
• Proactive mindset and ability to work independently.
• Strong communication skills in English (B2 level or higher).
• Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities.
