Team Assistant for Organization, Events & Customer Service
- You will support our team in their day-to-day business, from scheduling to internal communication, including preparation and follow-up of meetings, filing, and general administrative tasks.
- You will be the central contact person for customers, guests and partners both digitally and on-site in our Dubai office.
- You work closely with management, create presentations and support the team.
- You will accompany our exclusive business events with a focus on guest service, check-in, process coordination and professional external impact.
- You will actively support the preparation of our events, from organizing materials to structured scheduling.
- You conduct independent research on various topics, such as service providers, locations, collaborations, specialist topics, or market developments.
- You ensure that our customers, successful entrepreneurs with high expectations, feel personally looked after at all times.

THIS APPLIES TO YOU...- You have already gained initial experience as an assistant, in project management or in customer service.
- You have a good sense of priorities, recognize bottlenecks early on and act independently.
- You are a talented organizer, work in a structured manner, take initiative, and have a solution-oriented approach.
- You are flexible and willing to provide support on weekends or in the evenings, especially for important events or when a project requires it.
- Loyalty and a high standard of discretion and professionalism are a given for you.
- You have very good German and good English skills.
- You have a basic technical understanding and are confident in using digital tools such as Google Drive, Trello, Canva, etc.
