Job summary

Curtin University Dubai seeks an experienced educator to deliver and assess management units, conducting tutorials and seminars, and supporting student learning across Dubai. You will review materials from Curtin Perth and provide timely feedback while aligning unit delivery with Perth and Dubai coordinators.

The role requires an active teaching background, rapport-building with diverse cohorts, and the ability to work independently or in a team within a fast-paced university setting.

Qualifications

• Master's or doctoral degree in Management or a closely related field from an accredited institution.
• Minimum of one year of teaching experience.
• Demonstrated ability to develop rapport with students in various learning contexts.
• Experience working with a diverse range of students.
• Proficiency in assessment and marking using structured rubrics.
• Strong time management skills and ability to work independently or as part of a team.
