Job summary

Remote DXB invites applications for a senior academic role in management. You will deliver lectures, lead tutorials and seminars, and oversee assessments across undergraduate and postgraduate programs.

You will maintain an active research agenda aligned with AACSB standards and collaborate with Curtin global campus and external partners to foster innovation and industry linkages. The position emphasizes mentoring and contributing to program quality.

Qualifications

• PhD or equivalent in Management or closely related field from an accredited institution.
• Minimum 5 years of successful teaching experience at undergraduate and postgraduate levels.
• Active research portfolio complying with AACSB requirements and high-impact publishing record.

Responsibilities

• Deliver lectures, tutorials, and seminars in management and business disciplines.

• Deliver lectures, tutorials, practical sessions, workshops, and seminars in management and business disciplines
• Administer and assess examinations, quizzes, assignments, and projects
• Provide constructive and timely feedback to students
• Maintain regular consultation hours and provide academic guidance and mentoring
• Coordinate internships, industry placements, and experiential learning activities
• Maintain an active research and scholarly agenda relevant to the discipline
• Promote research collaboration across Curtin global campus and external partners
• Develop and maintain partnerships with industry and community organizations

Requirements

• Doctoral degree in Management or a closely related field from an accredited institution
• Minimum 5 years of successful teaching experience at Undergraduate and Post Graduate levels
• Active research portfolio complying with AACSB requirements
• Track record of publications in reputable journals (preferably ABDC indexed)
• Experience working with a diverse range of students
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team
