Job summary

Curtin University Dubai seeks an experienced educator to deliver and assess management units, conducting tutorials and seminars, and supporting student learning across Dubai. You will review materials from Curtin Perth and provide timely feedback while aligning unit delivery with Perth and Dubai coordinators.

The role requires an active teaching background, rapport-building with diverse cohorts, and the ability to work independently or in a team within a fast-paced university setting.

Qualifications

• Master's or doctoral degree in Management or a closely related field from an accredited institution.
• Minimum of one year of teaching experience.
• Demonstrated ability to develop rapport with students in various learning contexts.
• Experience working with a diverse range of students.
• Proficiency in assessment and marking using structured rubrics.
• Strong time management skills and ability to work independently or as part of a team.

Responsibilities

• Conduct tutorials, seminars, and small group learning sessions.
• Review and deliver teaching and assessment materials provided by Curtin Perth.
• Assist students with course content, assessment requirements, and academic expectations.
• Mark assignments, quizzes, and examinations using approved rubrics and moderation guidelines.
• Provide timely and constructive feedback to students.
• Collaborate with Unit Coordinators in Perth and Dubai to ensure consistency in unit delivery.
• Support industry engagement activities, including guest lectures and industry visits.
• Maintain accurate records of student attendance and engagement.
