Teaching Assistant

What You'll Do:

1. Support the teacher in creating an engaging and safe learning environment.
2. Assist in planning and setting up fun, developmentally appropriate activities.
3. Ensure children's welfare, safety, and hygiene at all times.
4. Encourage social, emotional, and intellectual development through play and interaction.
5. Help with mealtimes, diapering, and maintaining a clean classroom.
6. Work collaboratively with the team to uphold our nursery's high standards.

What We're Looking For:

Required:
High school certificate + 2 years of experience in a similar role.

Desirable:

1. CACHE Level 2, Diploma, or relevant Early Years qualification.
2. A caring, patient, and enthusiastic approach to working with children.
3. Ability to work as part of a team and contribute ideas.
