Job description

• An outstanding teaching assistant with experience and expertise in supporting outstanding teaching and learning
• Must be able to take over class duties when teacher is absent and follow basic lesson plans as well as safety / operational / feeding and hygiene elements of the role.
• To help set up the activity areas for the daily program and to help to tidy away at the end of the day.
• To advise the manager of any concerns. eg. about children, or safety of equipment.
• To attend regular staff meetings.
• To communicate with colleagues and children.
• Be aware of and maintain confidentiality at all times.
