Position Overview

GEMS Education is recruiting qualified and motivated teachers with CBSE, ICSE, or IB curriculum experience to join its world-class schools across the UAE. The roles require strong subject knowledge, relevant qualifications, and a passion for delivering dynamic and creative learning experiences.

Job Details

• Deliver high-quality teaching across assigned grade levels and subjects within CBSE, ICSE, or IB curricula
• Create engaging, student-centered lessons that foster curiosity, creativity, and academic excellence
• Assess student performance and provide constructive feedback to support progress
• Collaborate with colleagues across grades and departments to share best practices and maintain high standards
• Use technology and interactive teaching tools to enhance classroom learning

Ideal Profile

• FS/KG: Bachelor's degree in Arts plus 2‑year Montessori or ECCE, or BA with B.Ed
• Primary/Middle: Bachelor's degree in Arts/Science plus B.Ed in the same subject
• Senior School: Bachelor's and Master's degree in Arts/Science plus B.Ed in the same subject
• Specialist Teachers: Relevant specialist qualifications in areas such as Dance, Music, Physical Education, Art, ICT, or SEN
• Minimum 2 years of school teaching experience required for all positions
• Proven experience in CBSE, ICSE, or IB curricula preferred
• Strong English communication, interpersonal, and IT skills
