Teacher - Primary

We are seeking a dedicated and passionate Primary Teacher to join our school and foster a positive learning environment for young students. The ideal candidate should have a strong grasp of early childhood education, excellent communication skills, and a commitment to nurturing students' academic and personal growth.

Key Responsibilities:

• Develop and implement age-appropriate lesson plans that align with the curriculum.
• Create an engaging and inclusive classroom environment to encourage active learning.
• Assess and monitor students' progress, providing constructive feedback.
• Foster critical thinking, creativity, and problem-solving skills in students.
• Communicate regularly with parents and guardians regarding students' academic performance and behavior.
• Manage classroom behavior and enforce school rules and policies.
• Encourage social and emotional development through interactive activities.
• Participate in staff meetings, training sessions, and extracurricular activities.

Requirements:

• Bachelor's degree in Education or a related field (B.Ed. preferred).
• Teaching certification.
• Experience in primary education is preferred but not mandatory.
• Strong communication and classroom management skills.
• Passion for teaching and child development.
