• Differentiating learning for SEN students and highly able learners
• Use performance data and assessment results to improve lesson planning and student outcomes
• Maintain strong classroom management and high standards of punctuality, behaviour, and homework
• Use varied teaching methods and effective questioning techniques to improve understanding
• Support students in developing independent study skills using ICT, libraries, and learning technologies
• Mark and monitor student work regularly and set progress targets
