Job summary

Together We Montessori in Dubai, UAE is seeking a dedicated Early Years educator to plan and deliver age-appropriate Montessori activities. You will create a safe, nurturing classroom that supports each child's development and independence.

Responsibilities include observing progress, preparing assessments, and maintaining open communication with parents while collaborating with colleagues and the nursery manager to uphold safeguarding and health & safety policies.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Education or Early Childhood Education.
• 2–5 years of nursery or early years teaching in the UAE, preferably in Dubai.
• Experience with Montessori methods is an advantage.
• Excellent English communication skills.
