Job summary

techcarrot, a Dubai-based IT service provider, seeks an experienced Project Manager/Scrum Master to drive end-to-end delivery of digital and SAP-led automotive initiatives. You will coach Scrum teams, manage cross-functional stakeholders, and ensure alignment with the product roadmap and budgets.

Qualifications

• 8+ years IT delivery experience, with 5+ years as PM/Scrum Master in Agile and hybrid delivery environments.
• Proven track record of delivering digital and/or SAP-led transformations, ideally in Automotive or related enterprise domains.
• Strong facilitation, coaching and stakeholder management skills, including senior leaders at LOB Director/Head-of level.
• Hands-on experience managing multi-vendor delivery (onsite, nearshore, offshore) and integration points across SAP and digital layers.

Responsibilities

• Lead end-to-end delivery of projects following the PPM/OE framework and PMP standards.
• Establish and maintain project schedules, scope, budget, quality, risks, and communications.
• Coach the team on Scrum, facilitate ceremonies, and shield from external distractions to improve delivery maturity.
• Partner with Technical Product Owners and stakeholders to align delivery with the product roadmap and budgets.
• Support discovery phases, scoping, estimation, and high-level timeline forecasting with internal/external teams.

Enable high-performing Agile and hybriddelivery teams to deliver digital and SAP-led automotive initiatives bymanaging the end-to-end project lifecycle, coaching Scrum practices, removingimpediments, and ensuring delivery aligns with the product roadmap, agreedtimelines, scope, quality and approved budgets - operating within the PPM&OEframework.

Key Responsibilities

Project & Delivery Management

• Managethe project from initiation to closure following the PPM&OE ProjectManagement Plan (PMP) standards — Charter, Planning, Execution, Monitoringand Ways of Working.
• Establishandmaintainthe project schedule, scope, budget, quality,risks/issues, communications,vendorand resource plans;baseline and track variances with a 'get-to-green' plan when offtrack.
• Driveproject kickoff, stakeholder identification, PMP baseline, businessblueprint sign-off, SIT/UAT readiness, cutover,go-live,hypercareand closure (PMO Closure Report).
• Managechargebacks, monthly costreconciliationand POD/IO-levelfinancial tracking; ensuretimelychargeback initiation andapprovals with Finance.
• Coachthe team on the Scrum framework, Agilevaluesand principles toimprove delivery maturity.
• Facilitateall Scrum ceremonies — Sprint Planning, Daily Stand-ups, Sprint Reviews,Retrospectives and Backlog Refinement.
• Removeimpediments and shield the team from external distractions to ensurefocused delivery.
• Partnerwith Technical Product Owners (TPOs) and business stakeholders to keepdelivery aligned with the product vision and roadmap.

Stakeholder Management & Governance

• Actas the primary point of contact between delivery teams, business productowners, vendors and partners.
• Setexpectations and align roles of team members and stakeholders early inonboarding; formalize the RACI.
• Takea pro-active approach — communicate 'current week + 1' activities and keymeetings; create Teams collaboration spaces; invite only requiredstakeholders to meetings.
• RunSteering Committees, Program Review Boards, weekly status, and workshopswith wider stakeholders; manage escalations to Program Manager / Head ofPPM&OE.
• Complywiththe PPM&OE Change Management, Document Management, NamingConvention, Quality Gate, FinancialManagementand ScheduleManagement processes.

Business Analysis & Solutioning

• Supportdiscovery phases — scoping, solutioning, high-level effort estimation, andhigh-level timeline forecasting (workshops with internal/external teams,vendor discussions, RFI/RFP, SDAF).
• Demonstratebusiness analytical capability to understand product dynamics, contributeto strategic decisions, and challenge requirements where needed.
• Providetransparent,timelystatus reports on progress, risks,dependencies, cost vs forecast, and benefit realization.
• Monitorteam capacity, highlightrisksand flag cost/schedule variancesearly.
• Promotecontinuous improvement and contribute to Agile maturity across theAutomotive portfolio.

Requirements

Must-Have

• 8+years of overall IT delivery experience, with 5+ years as a ProjectManager / Scrum Master in Agile and hybrid delivery environments.
• Proventrackrecordof delivering digital and/or SAP-led transformation projects,ideally in Automotive (Sales, Aftersales, Parts, B2B/Tradepoint,Omnichannel) or comparable enterprise domains.
• Strongfacilitation, coaching and stakeholder management skills — includingsenior business stakeholders at LOB Director / Head-of level.
• Hands-onexperience managing multi-vendor delivery (onsite, nearshore, offshore)and integration points across SAP, digital layers (front-end,microservices, middleware/Boomi) and 3rd-party platforms.
• Workingknowledge of capacity planning, delivery forecasting, CAPEX/OPEX costdrivers,chargebackand financial governance.
• ProficiencyinJIRA, Microsoft Project / Project Online, Confluence, SharePoint,Teams.

Nice-to-Have

• UAE/ GCC experience and exposure to conglomerate environments.
• Experiencewith SAP S/4HANA, RISE, EWM, Inventory Management, B2C E-Commerce or B2B Tradingplatforms.
• Proficiencyin Visioand Power BI for reporting

Qualifications
