Role and Responsibilities

Act as the Subject Matter Expert (SME) for e‑commerce platforms and deployment best practices.

Guide customers on solution design, implementation approach, and platform capabilities.

Coordinate with third‑party vendors for data integration, APIs, and solution components.

Oversee overall project delivery, ensuring timelines, quality, and customer satisfaction.

Manage risks, dependencies, and cross‑team communication throughout the project lifecycle.

Provide technical and functional direction to internal and customer teams.

Understand duty‑free product categories, pricing rules, promotions, and tax‑free regulations.

Align digital catalog with physical store inventory, SKU mapping, and stock accuracy.

Manage relationships with technology vendors, Shopify partners, payment providers, and airport authorities.

Ensure alignment between business goals, technical delivery, and operational readiness.

Quality Assurance & Compliance

Oversee testing cycles: functional, integration, UAT, performance, and security testing.

Ensure compliance with airport IT policies, cybersecurity standards, and data privacy regulations.
