Job Title: Tunnel Lead (TBM & NATM Specialist)

About the Role:
Our client, a well-known European consultancy with a strong presence in the GCC region, is seeking a Tunnel Lead with expertise in TBM and NATM. This role will focus primarily on design reviews for major tunnelling projects across the region.

Key Responsibilities:

• Lead and manage design review processes for TBM and NATM tunnel projects.
• Provide technical guidance and oversight to ensure designs meet project specifications and standards.
• Collaborate with clients, contractors, and internal teams to address technical queries and challenges.
• Support project teams with construction methodologies, risk assessments, and technical solutions.
• Ensure compliance with safety and quality standards throughout project phases.

Requirements:

• Degree-qualified in Civil Engineering or a related field.
• Minimum 15 years of experience in tunnelling projects, ideally with TBM and NATM methods.
• Strong background in design review and technical advisory roles.
• Previous experience working on major infrastructure projects in the GCC region is advantageous.
• Excellent communication and leadership skills.
