Mogi I/O : OTT/Podcast/Short Video Apps for you seeks an experienced Corporate Tax Director to lead and grow the Corporate Tax Advisory practice in Dubai. The role combines technical tax expertise with client leadership, business development and team management.

You will lead UAE Corporate Tax and International Tax engagements, advise on transfer pricing and structuring, manage senior client relationships, and drive practice growth while ensuring high-quality delivery and profitability.

Qualifications

• Several years of experience in Corporate Tax and International Tax.
• Strong UAE/Dubai market experience essential.
• Proven track record managing complex engagements and senior client relationships.
• Experience in business development and practice growth.
• Practice/service-line management experience preferred.
• Strong commercial, leadership, communication, and stakeholder-management skills.
• Big4 / leading professional services / established tax advisory experience preferred.

Responsibilities

• Lead UAE Corporate Tax and International Tax advisory engagements.
• Advise clients on corporate tax, transfer pricing, tax structuring and transactions.
• Manage relationships with CFOs, Finance Directors, Tax Heads and senior stakeholders.
• Drive practice growth through business development, proposals and client relationships.
• Build, mentor and lead a high-performing Corporate Tax team.
• Ensure quality and timely delivery of tax advisory engagements.
• Contribute to practice revenue, profitability and overall P&L performance.
• Stay updated on UAE Corporate Tax, FTA guidance, Transfer Pricing and GCC tax developments.

Key Responsibilities

• Lead UAE Corporate Tax and International Tax Advisory engagements.
• Advise clients on Corporate Tax, Transfer Pricing, tax structuring, and transactions.
• Manage relationships with CFOs, Finance Directors, Tax Heads, and senior stakeholders.
• Drive practice growth through business development, proposals, and client relationships.
