Job description

We are looking for a Dutch Speaking Tax Consultant with a foundational understanding of Dutch Tax eager to refine their skills, take on significant responsibilities, and grow into a strategic advisor. You will advise the tax and corporate compliance of two SAAS software companies and manage the daily financial management of two holding companies within our group. Proficiency in Dutch is highly preferred as you'll engage in both local and international tax compliance and advisory work, contributing directly to the success of our organization.

Key Responsibilities

Day-to-Day Management
  • Manage and coordinate daily operations for two holding companies ensuring worldwide efficiency and compliance.
  • Oversee the shareholders in their responsibilities towards two subsidiaries of the holding companies.
  • Oversee and advise two SAAS software companies on tax and corporate compliance.
  • Maintain relationships with key stakeholders including clients, suppliers, and partners.
  • Ensure both companies adhere to legal, regulatory, and industry standards.
  • Ensure timely and accurate tax filings working closely with accountants as needed.
Tax Advisory
  • Provide expert tax advice to other companies within the group focusing on tax optimization and compliance.
  • Stay updated on changes in tax laws and regulations and communicate their impact to stakeholders.
  • Identify and implement strategies to reduce costs and improve financial efficiency across the group.
Strategic Growth
  • Develop and execute strategic plans to grow both holding companies while optimizing operations and shareholdings.
  • Represent the companies at meetings and negotiations to build strong relationships and drive business growth.

Qualifications :

Required

  • Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Finance, Accounting, or a related field (Master's degree preferred).
  • Knowledge of Dutch tax laws and business regulations.
  • Excellent organizational and multitasking skills with the ability to prioritize effectively.
  • Exceptional interpersonal and communication skills.
  • Proficiency in Dutch (spoken and written).

Preferred

  • Experience in providing advisory services on tax matters to other businesses.
  • Proven experience managing entities or a complex business environment.
  • An international orientation.
