About the Role

Join our dynamic Finance team as a Tax Analyst, where you'll play a key role in ensuring tax compliance, reporting accuracy, and strategic advisory across the bank’s operations. This is a fantastic opportunity for detail-oriented professionals passionate about tax and finance to grow within a leading financial institution.

What You’ll Be Doing

As a Tax Associate/Analyst, you will:

  • Prepare and review direct and indirect tax returns (Corporate Tax, VAT, Withholding Tax) in line with UAE regulations.
  • Support monthly, quarterly, and annual tax reporting in compliance with IFRS and local GAAP.
  • Monitor and interpret changes in tax legislation and assess their impact.
  • Collaborate with external advisors and auditors during tax audits.
  • Provide tax advisory on business transactions, new products, and cross-border operations.
  • Maintain accurate tax documentation for compliance and audit purposes.
  • Assist in transfer pricing and intercompany transaction reviews.
  • Contribute to tax technology initiatives and process enhancements.

Who We’re Looking For

  • UAE National with a valid family book
  • Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Accounting, or a related field
  • 0–3 years of relevant experience
  • Strong analytical and numerical skills
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Excel and financial software
  • Familiarity with UAE tax laws, VAT, IFRS
  • Bonus skills: Power BI, RPA, Excel Macros
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities
