A prominent company in the UAE is seeking an HR professional to support talent development and performance management initiatives. You will manage succession planning, coordinate performance reviews, and facilitate employee engagement initiatives. The ideal candidate will have a Bachelor’s degree and 2–5 years of HR experience, with knowledge of talent management processes. This role offers the chance to collaborate across departments and contribute to workforce planning.
Key Responsibilities
Talent Development & Succession Planning
- Support the design and rollout of talent management processes, including career pathing and succession planning.
- Assist in identifying high-potential employees and coordinating development plans.
- Maintain succession planning data and prepare reports for leadership reviews.
Performance Management
- Coordinate the annual and mid-year performance review cycles.
- Provide guidance to managers and employees on goal setting, performance discussions, and feedback.
- Track performance ratings, ensuring consistency and fairness in evaluation processes.
Employee Engagement & Retention
- Assist in the design and execution of employee engagement initiatives.
- Support the rollout of recognition programs, surveys, and follow-up action plans.
- Monitor engagement trends and provide insights for continuous improvement.
Learning & Capability Building
- Partner with the Learning & Development team to deliver training and leadership development programs.
- Coordinate logistics for workshops, coaching sessions, and talent interventions.
- Track participation and measure training effectiveness through surveys and reports.
Data & Reporting
- Maintain HR dashboards and talent management metrics (attrition, performance distribution, talent pipeline).
- Provide analytical insights to support decision-making and workforce planning.

- Strong understanding of HR processes, particularly performance and talent management.
- Excellent communication and facilitation skills.
- Strong organizational and project management skills.
- Analytical and detail-oriented, with proficiency in Excel/HR systems.
- Ability to build trust and collaborate across departments.
Qualifications & Experience
- Bachelor’s degree in human resources, Psychology, Business Administration, or related field.
- 2–5 years of HR experience, preferably in talent management, OD, or performance management.
- Experience with Talent Acquisition/ HRIS / Talent Management Systems is an advantage.
- Certification in HR, L&D, or Talent Management is preferred but not mandatory.
