We are seeking a resourceful and proactive Talent Sourcing Specialist to join our Talent Acquisition team. This role focuses on building talent pipelines and identifying high-quality candidates for current and future hiring needs across the organization, particularly in development, sales, project management, architecture, and executive roles. The ideal candidate is tech-savvy, well-versed in modern sourcing techniques, and comfortable leveraging digital tools and AI-based platforms to enhance talent acquisition outcomes.
Key Responsibilities:
- Partner with Talent Acquisition partners and hiring managers to understand workforce plans and sourcing priorities.
- Identify and engage passive talent through strategic sourcing methods, including direct outreach, talent mapping, networking, and database mining.
- Utilize various platforms and tools to source candidates, including job boards, LinkedIn Recruiter, referrals, social media, and AI-enhanced sourcing tools.
- Maintain and nurture a pipeline of qualified candidates aligned with the business’s future hiring needs.
- Conduct initial outreach and screening to assess candidate interest, fit, and alignment with company values and role requirements.
- Track and update candidate activity in the ATS and talent CRM with accuracy and consistency.
- Collaborate with the broader Talent Acquisition team to improve sourcing strategies and candidate experience.
- Stay informed about recruitment technology trends, with the ability to adopt and use tools that improve sourcing effectiveness and efficiency.
Required Qualifications & Skills:
- Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field.
- 3–5 years of experience in a sourcing or recruitment-focused role, preferably within real estate, construction, architecture, or related industries.
- Strong knowledge of sourcing techniques, Boolean logic, and candidate engagement strategies.
- Hands-on experience with applicant tracking systems (ATS) and sourcing tools such as LinkedIn Recruiter, job boards, and talent databases.
- Familiarity with AI-enabled sourcing tools and recruitment technologies, and an interest in leveraging tech for process improvement.
- Excellent communication, time management, and organizational skills.
- A proactive mindset, attention to detail, and the ability to work effectively in a fast-paced, evolving environment.
Preferred Qualifications:
- Experience sourcing for niche or senior-level roles in real estate or professional services.
- Exposure to employer branding initiatives or candidate marketing campaigns.
- Comfortable working across multiple roles simultaneously with a service-oriented attitude.
