ROLE SUMMARY

At Majid Al Futtaim, we are dedicated to building a diverse and talented workforce. As a Talent Sourcing Senior Specialist in our Talent Identification and Intelligence team, you will help drive our growth by identifying top talent. Reporting to the Sourcing Manager, you will create talent maps, use our Applicant Tracking System (ATS), and collaborate with Talent Acquisition Business Partners to support key hiring needs and workforce planning.

ROLE PROFILE

  • Talent Identification: Identify and deliver high quality candidates by utilizing strategic sourcing , pipelining methodologies, and technology tools in support of strategic business objectives.
  • ATS Utilization: Effectively utilize the Applicant Tracking System (ATS) – SAP Success Factors, to manage candidate data, track sourcing efforts,and build talent networks.
  • Strategic Sourcing: Develop and implement sourcing strategies that align with the organization's talent needs and workforce plan.
  • Collaboration: Work closely with Talent Acquisition Business Partners (TA BPs) to understand their talent requirements and support ongoing talent searches.
  • Data Analysis: Analyze sourcing metrics and provide reports to the Sourcing Manager and Talent Acquisition Centre of Excellence (TA COE) to evaluate the effectiveness of sourcing efforts.
  • Compliance: Ensure all sourcing activities comply with relevant employment laws and regulations.
  • Balance deadlines and deliverables for multiple requisitions at a time.
  • Continuously seek to gather and disseminate candidate, market and industry intelligence.


REQUIREMENTS

  • Familiarity with applicant tracking systems (ATS) and sourcing tools.
  • Strong knowledge of various sourcing techniques and channels.
  • Detail-oriented with exceptional organizational skills.
  • Strong communication and collaboration abilities.
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
  • Excellent research and data analysis skills.
