We are seeking a strategic and hands-on TALENT PARTNER (m/w/d).
Key Responsibilities
- Serve as a trusted advisor to leadership on workforce planning talent needs and organisational design.
- Lead end-to-end recruitment for key functions ensuring an exceptional candidate experience.
- Design and implement initiatives to attract retain and develop top talent across the region.
- Partner with HR and business stakeholders to enhance onboarding performance management and engagement.
- Champion diversity equity and inclusion across all talent programs.
- Leverage data and analytics to support decision-making and drive continuous improvement.
- Contribute to internal mobility and succession planning across the Middle East.
Qualifications
- Minimum 5 years of experience in talent acquisition HR business partnering or people development.
- Previous experience in financial services insurance or other regulated environments is strongly preferred.
- Strong interpersonal and communication skills with a collaborative and proactive approach.
- Demonstrated ability to thrive in fast-paced international organisations with a high degree of autonomy.
- Fluency in English; Arabic is a strong advantage.
- Bachelors degree in HR Business Psychology or a related field; certifications (CIPD SHRM etc.) are an asset.
