About Fuse

Fuse is rebuilding clearing from the ground up. Fintech has gone global and emerging markets have becomegrowthmarkets, transitioning from high risk jurisdictions to must have corridors, but clearing banks haven’t evolved. We believe the clearing stack needs to be rebuilt. Treasury pooling and/or stablecoins fix surface level issues, but no one is rebuilding the underlying infrastructure in each market - from correspondent nostro account networks to clearing on local central banks.

We’re building a new type of clearing bank, connecting globally important growth markets (such as the Middle East, China, India, Turkey and many more) to G7 currencies through named virtual accounts in every jurisdiction. We take quality very seriously - using our own direct central bank clearing where possible, applying for global banking licenses, operating a universal reliance KYC model - all to ensure the same few lines of code enables a correctly named payment from a local account in every market, making us the ideal clearing partner for any cross border payment.

The role

We’re looking for a Talent Partner to join our Dubai HQ and take ownership of hiring across all functions globally. We’re growing fast, and we need someone who can help us scale our team at pace while maintaining our high bar for talent and cultural fit.

You’ll be the driving force behind building Fuse’s team worldwide - from engineers to compliance experts, sales to operations - hiring the best people in every market we operate in. You’ll own the end-to-end recruitment process, work closely with senior leadership, and build a talent function that enables us to scale efficiently and globally.

Your day to day will include:

  • Partnering with hiring managers and leadership to define role requirements and success profiles for positions across all departments.
  • Designing and executing sourcing strategies to attract world-class talent in multiple geographies, including emerging and high-growth markets.
  • Managing the full recruitment lifecycle, from job posting and candidate outreach to offer negotiation and onboarding.
  • Building and maintaining a strong talent pipeline for both current and future hiring needs.
  • Implementing tools, systems, and processes to make recruitment faster, more efficient, and data-driven.
  • Acting as a brand ambassador for Fuse in the talent market, ensuring every candidate has an exceptional experience.
  • Advising on organisational design and workforce planning to meet our global expansion goals.
  • Tracking and reporting on hiring metrics, ensuring transparency and accountability in the recruitment process.

This is an opportunity to build Fuse’s talent engine from the ground up, influencing not only who we hire but how we hire, and making a direct impact on the company’s growth trajectory.

  • A proven track record in talent acquisition, ideally in high-growth fintech, banking, or technology companies.
  • Experience hiring across multiple functions and geographies, including emerging markets.
  • Strong sourcing skills, with the ability to engage both active and passive candidates.
  • Experience building or scaling recruitment processes in a startup or high-growth environment.
  • Excellent stakeholder management skills, with the ability to partner closely with senior leaders.
  • Comfort working in a fast-paced, ambiguous, and entrepreneurial environment.
  • Strong bias to execution — able to deliver results quickly without sacrificing quality.
  • Ability to work independently and manage multiple priorities simultaneously.
