Job description

About the Role

We’re looking for a Talent Partner to join our People & Talent team in Dubai, with a focus on building high-performing teams across the UAE and Saudi Arabia. You’ll own end-to-end hiring for critical roles in both technical and business functions, working closely with regional leaders to shape hiring strategies and deliver an exceptional candidate experience.

Who are we

Lean enables companies to seamlessly connect to their users’ bank accounts to initiate real-time payments and retrieve their account information. Our products have garnered the trust of leading companies and enabled them to deliver powerful experiences when connected with a user’s bank account, allowing users to perform prudent financial planning, get better rates on loans, transfer money to friends, and more, without compromising on privacy or security.

Some of Lean’s clients include the likes of Binance, Etisalat Group, Careem, Sarwa, and many more, making it the region’s most valuable Open Banking platform. The company has now processed hundreds of millions of dollars, and its products are also connected with hundreds of thousands of accounts. Lean envisions a fully inclusive financial ecosystem that serves everyone, no matter where they bank or live in the MENAP region.

Responsibilities

  • Act as a strategic partner to business leaders in the UAE and KSA, aligning recruitment strategies with regional hiring goals
  • Manage the full-cycle recruitment process from intake to offer, ensuring speed, quality, and candidate experience
  • Build and maintain diverse talent pools of best-in-class talent for current and future hiring needs through proactive sourcing methods.
  • Leverage market insights to provide data-informed recommendations to our hiring managers and execs.
  • Promote Lean’s employer brand by providing a positive candidate experience, in addition to representing the company at industry events, job fairs, meetups and establishing relationships with top universities.
  • Champion a world-class candidate experience that reflects Lean’s values and culture
  • Collaborate with the People Team to ensure a seamless onboarding experience for new hires
  • Stay up to date with talent trends in fintech, particularly in the UAE and KSA markets

What we’re looking for

  • Proven in-house recruitment experience, ideally within high-growth or fintech environments
  • Strong understanding of the talent landscape in the GCC, especially the UAE and Saudi Arabia
  • Experience hiring across both technical and non-technical roles
  • Ability to manage multiple requisitions and priorities without compromising quality
  • You have experience leveraging market insights to drive decisions and strategies. You’re able to analyse metrics to improve your recruitment processes.
  • Excellent communication skills: professional, clear, and approachable
  • Arabic language skills are a strong plus
