JOB DESCRIPTION :

Educational Qualifications and Experience :

Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Human Resources, Social and Human Sciences, Public Relations, or equivalent.

Minimum of 3 years of experience in the field of career development and talent management.

Key Roles and Responsibilities :

Manage talent by designing and implementing individual development plans for all employees to retain and attract top talent within the authority.

Develop employee career development plans by establishing career paths aligned with best practices and internal policies and procedures.

Update and enhance training needs analysis models based on approved methodologies and frameworks.

Follow up with trainees and their direct supervisors to ensure attendance and participation in training programs, and coordinate with the finance department regarding payments to employees and training providers.

Analyze the impact of training and submit reports with recommendations to the section head.

Design and implement mechanisms for talent management through individual development plans to retain and attract top talent.

Conduct benchmarking and studies to identify best practices for career development initiatives and ensure continuous improvement of processes.

Design and implement evaluation procedures to identify and assess candidates for professional development and succession planning based on organizational needs and employee aspirations.
