Job Description
Educational Qualifications and Experience:
- Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Human Resources, Social and Human Sciences, Public Relations, or equivalent.
- Minimum of 3 years of experience in the field of career development and talent management.
Key Roles And Responsibilities
- Manage talent by designing and implementing individual development plans for all employees to retain and attract top talent within the authority.
- Develop employee career development plans by establishing career paths aligned with best practices and internal policies and procedures.
- Update and enhance training needs analysis models based on approved methodologies and frameworks.
- Follow up with trainees and their direct supervisors to ensure attendance and participation in training programs, and coordinate with the finance department regarding payments to employees and training providers.
- Analyze the impact of training and submit reports with recommendations to the section head.
- Design and implement mechanisms for talent management through individual development plans to retain and attract top talent.
- Conduct benchmarking and studies to identify best practices for career development initiatives and ensure continuous improvement of processes.
- Design and implement evaluation procedures to identify and assess candidates for professional development and succession planning based on organizational needs and employee aspirations.
